I'd advise to go on line and download the DPNR rules on fishing in public waterway and keep it on you for proof to show these private property idiots. My 10 acre property ends along a stretch of a large creek and I enjoy watching angulars boat by. Kids come up to my property and I'll let them fish off the bank. I see these kids as our future angular's and not gang bangers!
